Nail Enhancements

Q. What are nail enhancements?
A. Nail Enhancements are artificial product applied to the nail bed to enhance your natural nail in order to achieve beautiful nails.
Q. How long will they last?
A. They typically last 2-4 weeks depending on the care you have for your nails. You will need to get a fill in order for them to stay on your nail plate. If you only want them for special occasions, you may get them removed once you are ready to have natural nails again.
Q. Why do I need to come for a fill?
A. Your nails grow everyday, when you come in for a fill you will see some growth at the cuticle area that needs to be filled. Also for esthetics,
Q. Will nail enhancements damage my natural nails?
A. Not when applied correctly. The extension adhesive adheres to the natural nail. If removed incorrectly, it could be damaging.

Lash Extensions
Q. What are eyelash extensions?
A. Lash extensions are special made from silk or mink hair. They are carefully applied to each individual natural lash.
Q. How long will they last?
A. They will stay on your natural lash for the remaining of it's lash cycle. They should last up to 2 months with proper care from lash technician and the person wearing them. You will need to get a fill 2-4 weeks for when the lash falls out.
Q. Why do I need to come for a fill?
A. Your natural lash cycle is between 30-90 days. All your natural lashes do not fall out at the same time. You will loose 2-3 lashes per day.
Q. Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
A. Not when applied correctly. The extension adhesive dries almost instantly and forms a very soft but durable bond with the natural lash.
Q. Can I wear mascara on my eyelash extensions?
A. The answer is NO! There is no safe mascara to apply on extensions and it will cause them to fall out faster.
Q. Are the lashes removable?
A. Yes they can safely be removed by an lash technician
Q. Can I get the lashes wet?
A. Avoid getting them wet within the first 48 hours. After that you can go on with your normal routine and wash them 2-3 days a week.
Permanent Makeup

Q. What is permanent makeup?
A. It is a cosmetic procedure used to improve or replace lost coloring of the skin.
Q. Do I need to book a consultation?
A. No, you do not need a consultation as one is included at the beginning of your appointment. If you are on the fence, you may book a 30 min consult and we can answer all questions before booking service.
Q. How often do I need a touch-up?
A. Touch ups are recommended 4-6 week for the initial touchup. After that, every 1-3 years to keep brows youthful.
Q. Which service is right for me?
A. We can determine which PMU brows to achieve the best natural results depending on your natural brow structure.
Q. How long does it last?
A. Every PMU service is semi-permanent, lasting anywhere from 1-3 years. How quickly the results fade depends on how the individuals skin retains pigment.
Q. What pigments do you use?
A. We use top quality pigments in order to retrieve the best lasting results. The pigments will vary on each client.
Q. Does it hurt?
A. There can be some discomfort as it is a tattoo machine used. We will apply topical numbing cream throughout the full service.

Q. Once I buy a course online, is it refundable if I do not like it?
A. Please view the refund section under admissions for more information.
Q. What happens if I do not understand the course context?
A. You may call us and we can schedule a zoom meeting in order to demonstrate the techniques provided.
Q. Can I buy more than one course at a time?
A. Yes, You can buy up to 3 courses at a time.
Q. Will I receive ongoing support after the course is completed?
A. Yes, we provide 6 months of in person support and unlimited support for distance education.
Q. Do online courses include a kit?
A. No, you will have to go onto our shop and purchase the supply kit for your course.
Q. Will I receive a certificate, and does it allow me to purchase supplies at wholesale stores?
A. Yes, you will receive a certificate after completion of course and they will be accepted at all beauty suppliers online and in your city.
